Refund Policy
We want Fledly to be worth what you pay. If it is not, tell us.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first payment for a paid plan, email hello@fledly.app within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first monthly or yearly payment on an account.
Renewals and cancellations
- You can cancel any time from Plan and billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- We do not refund partial months or unused time after a renewal, except as described here or where the law requires it.
- If you renew a yearly plan by mistake, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it if you have not used the paid features since.
- If we end the service or remove a paid feature you rely on, we refund the unused prepaid time.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Stripe as our merchant of record, so refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, including the VAT or sales tax that was charged. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Your legal rights
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because Fledly starts working as soon as you subscribe, you ask us at checkout to start the service right away; our 14-day money-back guarantee above gives you at least the same protection. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law.
